Call Centre Trainer 38,000 – 42,000 Full-time, flexible hours
If you enjoy delivering training that actually lands and helping people perform from day one, this could be a strong fit. You\’ll design and run learning programmes that make a real impact across the business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training for new and existing employees.
- Run inductions and support onboarding.
- Create and update training content and materials.
- Engage groups and facilitate discussions.
- Track progress and share insights with managers.
- Support e‑learning and bring fresh learning ideas into the team.
Qualifications
- Experience in training, learning delivery, or teaching.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Confident using Microsoft and Google tools.
- Able to solve problems and manage an engaged room.
