We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support and strengthen a growing construction recruitment division within an established recruitment business. This is a key role for someone who understands how recruitment businesses run properly behind the scenes and can help create the structure, process and support needed for growth. You will work closely with leadership and the wider team to improve operational performance, support delivery, maintain standards and help build a scalable recruitment function.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance across the construction recruitment division
- Support recruiters and managers with processes, systems and delivery standards
- Help improve workflow, compliance and operational efficiency
- Work closely with leadership to support growth plans
- Ensure the business has the structure and support needed to scale effectively
