If you’ve got at least 6 months of customer service experience and want to step into a role where you’ll make a real difference, this is it. We’re hiring for a frontline Customer Service role where you’ll help customers who are worried about fraud on their bank accounts. You’ll be their first point of contact, helping them feel safe, heard, and supported.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking calls from customers reporting suspicious transactions
  • Listening, reassuring, and helping to resolve their concerns with empathy
  • Using multiple systems to investigate and update cases accurately
  • Following processes carefully to protect customers and their money

What we’re looking for:

  • 6 months+ experience in any customer service role (contact centre, retail, hospitality, all welcome)
  • A calm, clear communicator who’s comfortable dealing with emotional or distressed callers
  • Tech-savvy with solid typing and multitasking skills
  • Able to work full-time on a rotational shift pattern (days, evenings, weekends)
