This is a way into a career in insurance through the front door — as a Lead Generator with an established Chorley business that’s been going 25+ years. You’ll be on the phones generating warm leads for the sales team. It’s outbound, it’s target-driven, and it’s genuinely rewarding when you hit your numbers.
You don’t need a sales or insurance background. If you’ve worked in a call centre, retail, hospitality or any customer-facing role and you’re ready for more structure and better earnings, this is built for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to generate warm, qualified leads
- Qualifying customers and booking appointments for the sales team
- Hitting daily and weekly targets — and getting paid bonus for it
- Keeping clean, accurate records of your calls
What’s in it for you:
- £24,784.50 base, paid weekly (not monthly)
- Weekly bonuses — most of the team take home an extra £200–£400 on top (around £33k OTE)
- Genuine progression — Lead Generators move into Sales Executive roles fast, with no ceiling after that
- Monday to Friday only — your weekends are yours
- Based in Chorley, PR7 — free parking, easy to get to, a good team around you
- An established, profitable business — 25+ years in insurance services, not a startup that might fold
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a confident communicator and enjoys talking to people
- Likes hitting targets and being rewarded for it
- Is comfortable with basic computer systems
- Wants to build a career, not just take a job (customer service, retail, hospitality or call-centre experience is a bonus, not a must)
How to apply:
Apply now with your CV and we’ll be in touch to talk it through. The start date is 6 July 2026, so we’re moving quickly. Any questions, just call — happy to talk it through.
