Trainee Claims Handler - Motor Insurance, Full Training

- You stay calm when the person on the other end doesn’t

Those are the skills a claims handler uses. The insurance knowledge is what we train you in.
This is a trainee motor claims role with a well-established, FCA-regulated insurer near Egerton, Bolton (BL7). You don’t need any insurance experience.
What you’ll learn:
- Taking new motor claims and getting the details right first time
- Running your own caseload by phone and email
- How liability works: who was at fault and how you prove it
- Spotting a claim that doesn’t add up

- £24,479 to £26,500, with annual salary reviews
- 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, so your evenings and weekends are yours

Good to know: you’ll need a car to get to the site, and the first few months are a real learning curve.
