Are you fluent in Slovenian and English and looking for a full-time role where you can use your language skills every day? We're recruiting for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a busy customer service team supporting a well-known retail brand. You'll be helping customers through social media and email, so this is a great opportunity if you enjoy written communication, online shopping, fashion, retail, and helping people get things sorted quickly. This is a hybrid role based in Belfast, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

What you'll be doing

  • Support customers with a range of everyday enquiries, including:
    • Missing orders
    • Payment queries
    • Product availability
    • Order amendments
    • Cancellations
    • General customer questions via social media and email

You'll need to be patient, helpful, and professional, and able to write clear, friendly responses.

What we're looking for

  • Excellent Slovenian and English written and verbal skills
  • At least 6 months' customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of social media
  • Social media or content moderation experience would be a bonus
  • Fully flexible to work rotational shifts between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday
  • Local to Belfast
  • Able to work from home with at least 10Mbps broadband
