Some people call it customer service. Others call it sales. In reality, it’s about helping customers make better decisions — and being rewarded for it. This role sits right in the middle. You’ll take inbound calls from existing customers, deal with queries, renewals and upgrades, and spot opportunities where a better product or service genuinely makes sense. No cold calling. No guesswork. Just conversations, outcomes, and clear targets.
The day-to-day:
- Speak with customers who are already using the service
- Resolve queries, manage renewals and discuss upgrade options
- Ask the right questions to understand what the customer actually needs
- Use multiple systems accurately while keeping the conversation flowing
- Work towards sales and quality measures that are clear and achievable
You’ll fit well if you…
- Enjoy talking to people and influencing decisions
- Like working towards goals and seeing the results in your pay
- Can balance sales with good customer outcomes
- Are comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Want structure, support and progression — not chaos
Previous customer service or sales experience is useful, but not essential. Training is provided.
What you get:
- Permanent, full-time contract
- 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday
- Rotas confirmed at least one month in advance
- Uncapped commission on top of a strong basic salary
- Benefits including wellbeing support, discounts and dental cover
- Full training and clear development pathways
