Location: Rotherham (S63 postcode area) Key Responsibilities – Customer Service/Sales Advisor: * Manage inbound customer inquiries, providing support on contract renewals, upgrades, and general queries. * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. * Enhance customer engagement through tailored solutions and proactive sales approaches. * Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour while delivering exceptional service. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
