Full-time | Permanent | Egerton, Bolton | £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience | Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm | Flexible working available

If you’re an experienced Third Party Motor Claims professional looking for more responsibility, complex files, and greater autonomy, this senior role will suit you.

You’ll handle higher‑value and more technical cases, carry out detailed liability investigations, and play a key role in maintaining quality across the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of complex Third Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims
• Leading on liability enquiries and making confident, evidence‑based decisions
• Handling high‑value losses and more contentious files
• Liaising with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies
• Identifying, investigating, and escalating potential fraud
• Supporting team members with knowledge sharing and technical guidance
• Delivering a consistently high level of service to all parties

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years motor claims experience (Third Party or Credit Hire essential)
• Proven experience handling complex or high‑value TPVD/TPPD files
• Strong investigative skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracyConfident communication and relationship‑building skills
• CII Certificate (or willingness to complete it with full support)
• GCSE English & Maths (C/4 or above) or equivalent
