We are looking for Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join a dynamic team in Belfast city centre, where you will assist customers, identify opportunities, and drive business growth through exceptional service and consultative selling.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing support on contract renewals, upgrades, and general queries.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Enhance customer engagement through tailored solutions and proactive sales approaches.
  • Build rapport and maintain professional, friendly customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success.
  • Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and industry trends.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive earnings: £34,270 OTE (£25,480 basic salary + uncapped commission).
  • Unlimited earning potential through performance-based commissions.
  • Full-time permanent position: 40 hours per week (8am - 10pm Monday to Sunday, scheduled at least 1 month in advance).
  • Belfast city centre location (BT1 postcode area) - 5 days on-site per week.

LOCATION & WORKING PATTERN
