We are looking for Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join a dynamic team in Belfast city centre, where you will assist customers, identify opportunities, and drive business growth through exceptional service and consultative selling.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing support on contract renewals, upgrades, and general queries.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable products and services.
- Enhance customer engagement through tailored solutions and proactive sales approaches.
- Build rapport and maintain professional, friendly customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive earnings: £34,270 OTE (£25,480 basic salary + uncapped commission).
- Unlimited earning potential through performance-based commissions.
- Full-time permanent position: 40 hours per week (8am - 10pm Monday to Sunday, scheduled at least 1 month in advance).
- Belfast city centre location (BT1 postcode area) - 5 days on-site per week.

LOCATION & WORKING PATTERN
