You’ll be speaking to customers who already use the service - answering questions, sorting renewals, discussing upgrades, and helping them get the most out of what’s available. Some calls are straightforward. Others are an opportunity to spot where a better option fits. Either way, the focus is on doing right by the customer while delivering strong results.
You’ll be based on‑site in a busy Rotherham office, working with clear targets, solid support, and a commission structure that genuinely rewards effort.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound calls from existing customers
- Supporting with renewals, changes, upgrades and general queries
- Listening properly and recommending relevant options
- Using multiple systems confidently and accurately
- Hitting agreed sales and quality targets without cutting corners
Ideal candidate:
- You enjoy speaking to people and explaining things clearly

Role details:
- Full‑time, permanent role (40 hours per week)
- Shifts between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday
- Rotas issued at least a month in advance
- Uncapped commission on top of a solid basic salary
