We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing insurance team in Bolton. The successful candidate will be trained and developed into a Claims Advisor, managing household property insurance claims from start to finish. This is an opportunity to step into a professional insurance role with structured training and clear progression.
The Role - Claims Advisor (Full Training Provided)
- Take first notification of loss calls from policyholders
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service throughout the claim
- Assess policy cover and validate claims (training provided)
- Gather supporting documentation and information
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Manage your own caseload from first notification through to settlement
- Keep customers updated and resolve queries efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Customer Service role
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
