An excellent opportunity to join a growing multi-billion-dollar company on a 12 Month Fixed term Contract with potential to go permanent in the future. We are looking for a high-energy, switched-on candidate who enjoys a fast-paced and pressurised environment. This is a busy and fast-paced role within the company’s busiest teams.
We are looking for somebody who is eager to join a busy team in a fast-moving business. This would ideally suit somebody who has been in a similar role for 2-3 years with excellent skills on Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing new contracts received from Commercial colleagues
- Buying foreign currency and allocating currency against supplier invoices
- Adding contracts to the system/sending order confirmations to customers and suppliers
- Planning production with the supplier
- Liaising with the supplier and customers:
- Tracking orders of products from shipment to delivery
- Sending regular updates to customers
- Raising letters of credit for suppliers weekly
- Produce weekly stock reports
- Update Arrival V licence sheet & clear bond action
- Sending customer invoices
- Stock forecasting
- Work with other teams within the business to ensure a cohesive approach
- General administration and office support
Qualifications / Person Specification
- 2-3 years + in a supply chain/ order processing/ sales support role
- Must have excellent Excel skills, intermediate to advanced (will be working with multiple linked spreadsheets daily)
- Has high accuracy and attention to detail (crucial)
- Somebody with an analytical mindset and strong organisational and verbal and written communication skills
- Has a problem-solving attitude
- Has the ability to multitask effectively and enjoys working with numbers
- Be competent in use of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint
- Must be flexible
- Is proactive, with the ability to work using own initiative
- Has the ability to work in a team
