A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Coordinator to join a successful and well-established company based in St Albans. You will help manage key accounts and help to develop new business by developing ranges and sourcing new products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with suppliers and factories.
- Coordinate new product development and sourcing.
- Research market trends and product categories.
- Prepare briefs, reports, and customer quotes.
- Collaborate with design and QA teams on concepts, packaging, and quality checks.
- Maintain sample records and ensure packaging accuracy.
- Handle documentation and support product setup and delivery.
