We’re working with a well-established, multi-branch organisation who are looking to appoint a Group Compliance Manager to take ownership of compliance across their business. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a newly created role, working closely with senior leadership to ensure robust processes, mitigate risk, and drive best practice across multiple departments.

  • Flexible, part-time working (c.30 hours per week), ideally over 5 days, office based

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a group-wide compliance framework
  • Ensure adherence to key regulations including AML, GDPR and complaint handling
  • Oversee DSAR processes and provide expert guidance to the wider team
  • Lead on complaint investigation, resolution and trend analysis
  • Monitor compliance across departments, producing reports and meaningful insights
  • Support operational teams to ensure property compliance standards are met
  • Deliver and coordinate training to maintain regulatory awareness across the business
  • Continuously review and improve processes to strengthen compliance and reduce risk
