Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing customer requests and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Providing administrative support across customer service, sales and service functions
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  • Coordinating loan and trial equipment, including dispatch, returns and tracking
  • Supporting sales campaigns, promotions and customer engagement activities
  • Liaising with customers regarding repairs and service updates
  • Coordinating schedules and activities for field-based engineers
  • Assisting with stock control, inventory management and warehouse administration
  • Processing stock transfers and returns
  • Working closely with sales, technical and account management teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensuring company procedures, quality standards and compliance requirements are followed
