Are you highly organised, proactive and looking for a varied role within a friendly, professional team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, well‑established organisation on the outskirts of St Albans, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality conferences and supporting wider office operations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position, you will support the end‑to‑end delivery of conferences — from liaising with venues and speakers to preparing delegate materials and coordinating post‑event activities.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary: £30,000 depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, office based, some flexibility around hours for the right candidate

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate conference logistics with venues, speakers, sponsors and AV teams.
  • Prepare conference materials, presentations and delegate documentation.
  • Manage post‑event tasks including feedback analysis and sponsor reports.
  • Raise invoices for sponsors and venue commissions.
  • Maintain website and virtual conference content, including uploads and CPD certificates.
  • Handle delegate enquiries and provide general office and marketing support.
