Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to develop your career within a professional and supportive environment? A highly regarded law firm based in St Albans is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its friendly Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is keen to build a long-term career within professional services.

You'll be working closely with fee earners and support staff, providing vital administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of a busy department. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills within a respected organisation.

What’s in it for you:

  • Salary: Up to £28k depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, office based
  • Benefits: Health insurance, 20 days holiday + BH (increasing to 25 days +BH), discretionary perks, stat pension, DIS x 4

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening new client files and supporting client onboarding processes
  • Processing Anti-Money Laundering documentation
  • Managing electronic and physical filing systems
  • Archiving and retrieving client files
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning, photocopying and document management
  • Typing and amending documents
  • Diary management and appointment coordination
  • Communicating with clients and third parties via telephone and email
  • Updating internal case management systems
  • Providing additional administrative support across the team when required
