Are you highly organised, proactive and looking for a varied role within a friendly, professional team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, well-established organisation on the outskirts of St Albans, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality conferences and supporting wider office operations.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position, you will support the end-to-end delivery of conferences — from liaising with venues and speakers to preparing delegate materials and coordinating post-event activities.

- Salary: £30,000 depending on experience
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, office based, some flexibility around hours for the right candidate

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate conference logistics with venues, speakers, sponsors and AV teams.
- Prepare conference materials, presentations and delegate documentation.
- Manage post-event tasks including feedback analysis and sponsor reports.
- Raise invoices for sponsors and venue commissions.
- Maintain website and virtual conference content, including uploads and CPD certificates.
- Handle delegate enquiries and provide general office and marketing support.
