Our client in Harpenden is looking for a capable, creative & ambitious Marketing Manager to help take the company brand to the next level! This is a hands-on, full-stack SaaS marketing role for someone excited to build and own the marketing function at a scale-up B2B software company. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with sales, product, insights, and customer success, you’ll define and execute a marketing strategy to drive leads, improve conversion, and build brand authority across our key sectors. This position is ideal for someone who loves to take full ownership, including strategy & day-to-day execution. What’s in it for you? · Salary: Up to £55k depending on experience · Hours: Hours: Monday – Thurs 9am – 5.30pm, Friday 9am-4.30pm, 3 days in the office, 2 at home. · 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Key Responsibilities: · Marketing Strategy & Execution · Lead Generation & Pipeline Support · Content & Brand Marketing · Website & Digital Presence · Sales Enablement & Product Marketing. · Events & Conferences · Customer & Market Insight What the employer is looking for: · 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS or Tech marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, start-up environment. · University graduate (2:2 or above). · Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results. · Strong writing skills with experience producing content for seniors and business audiences. · Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Wordpress). · Experience managing or briefing designers, freelancers, or agencies.
