We are working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support their continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing new business, building strong client relationships, and leading strategic commercial activity. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and contributing to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a clear sales strategy that supports organisational goals
- Identify, qualify and secure new business across a wide range of sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
- Prepare proposals, lead discussions around pricing and contracts, and support tender submissions
- Represent the organisation at networking events, meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth delivery of products or services
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
- Provide guidance or mentorship to junior members of the sales team
