Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking for success within a fast-moving SaaS based company! This is a hands-on, outbound sales development role for someone motivated by driving new business growth in a scale-up B2B software company. Reporting directly to both the Account Executive and CEO and working closely with Marketing, youβll prospect, engage, and qualify target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, and eager to start or accelerate a career in SaaS sales.

- Hours: Monday β Friday 9am β 5.30pm, based in Farringdon, 1 day per week in Harpenden, Hertfordshire

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers.
- Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate interest and book discovery calls.
- Personalise outreach using research and insights into sector and role challenges.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria.
- Book meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to convert campaign leads into pipeline opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, activities, and outcomes in HubSpot.
- Track and report daily & weekly activity and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously improve outreach sequences and processes through feedback and testing.
- Partner with Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback from prospects with the wider team.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching to accelerate development.
