IT Support Analyst | St Albans | Up to £38k
We are recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Our client is one of the leading players in their field, they\’re a friendly, sociable company with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. They are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual with knowledge and a passion for IT. This position is ideal for a candidate looking to build on their IT skills and experience, perhaps you are looking for that next step up. What’s in it for you?
Salary: Up to £38k depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7.30-4pm/9am-5.30pm, 1 in 3 days on the early shift
Option to work from home 1 day per week after training period
25 days holiday (increasing to 30 after 4 years)

Key responsibilities
- Provide support to internal and external users
- Prioritise and respond to tickets that come from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat and walk-ups
- Communicating with customers to help them resolve any technical issues
- Perform diagnostic and root cause analysis
- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications
