We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Our client is one of the leading players in their field, they are a friendly, sociable company with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide support to internal and external users
  • Prioritise and respond to tickets that come from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat and walk-ups
  • Communicating with customers to help them resolve any technical issues
  • Perform diagnostic and root cause analysis
  • Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
