We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join an established and forward-thinking logistics company in St Albans. Working in a close-knit team, the successful candidate will proactively build on and nurture existing client relationships to maximise the potential. Key Responsibilities: · Maximises the potential of new and existing clients, principally through outbound verbal engagement. · Builds strong personal relationships with new and existing clients · Negotiates with clients and suppliers · Submits quotes and converts · Talking clients through the administrative requirements of shipping · Account management · Attends and participates in Sales meetings · Attends meetings via Zoom or face to face if circumstances permit with key accounts What the client is looking for: · Customer service or operations experience · Experience of negotiating with clients and or suppliers · A Friendly telephone manner. · An energetic, enthusiastic personality. · Strong negotiating skills. · Good attention to detail. · A positive attitude and desire to succeed.
