A well-established family-run business is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their close-knit team. You will be supporting the MD and wider team in a busy and varied role!

What’s in it for you?

  • Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5.15pm, Friday 9am-4pm – office based
  • 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays full time equivalent

Key responsibilities

  • General Administrative duties to Managing Director and support to the team when required.
  • General office duties cover for Office Administrator (2 days a week).
  • Manage Managing Director’s diary, expenses, training and hotel bookings etc.
  • Coordinate meetings – minute taking and update workflow systems.
  • Manage Managing Director’s inbox, including handling confidential correspondence.
  • First point of contact protecting the Managing Director’s time and attention.
  • Managing and updating Trello, or other work flow systems.
  • Collecting monthly reports for team members and preparing report.
  • Attend local meetings, such as BID meetings and liaise with Town Centre Manager, on behalf of Managing Director.
  • Research and present findings as required.
  • Manage ad hoc projects as required.
  • Provide additional cover to the team as required.
