As the Senior Property Team Leader, you will be overseeing the company’s residential property portfolio and managing a team of property managers and administrative support staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department, maintaining compliance and delivering high standards of service to both landlords and tenants. This role requires a strong leader who can remain calm under pressure, provide direction to the team to ensure effective workflow management and delivery within service levels to all clients.
What’s in it for you?
- Salary: up to £45k depending on experience
- Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu
Key responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support the property management team, providing training and development opportunities.
- Property Portfolio Oversight: Oversee the management of a large residential property portfolio, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and landlord and tenant satisfaction.
- Landlord & Tenant Relations: Represent the Castles brand, be professional and act with integrity at all times, ensure the client experience is forefront in all interactions with landlords and tenants.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all properties and processes comply with current legislation and best practice. Oversee health & safety, statutory checks, and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Take an active role in the implementation of efficient systems, processes, and structures across the property management department. Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
