A well-respected and established company based in Hemel Hempstead are looking for a Project Manager to join their successful team. You will oversee the delivery and management of projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Project Delivery
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Coordinate with all internal departments as required
- Provide clear and regular project updates to senior management and clients
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, ISO 45001 and company policies
- Commercial & Contract Management
- Manage contracts, variations, and change control processes
- Monitor costs and cash flow, identifying and mitigating financial risks
- Support procurement activities and contractor management
- Driving ‘best buy’ for procurement processes
- Quality & Performance
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation
- Identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement – schedule and chair ‘lessons learned’ meetings
