An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR leader to join a successful international organisation. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations and working closely with the Managing Director, this role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the people strategy for a growing business of approximately 50 employees. This is a hands-on leadership position combining strategic HR direction with operational delivery. Supported by an HR Manager and Advisor, you will play a key role in developing a positive, high-performing culture whilst ensuring best practice across the full employee lifecycle.
