Our client in Elstree, a very successful, dynamic, and rapidly growing business, are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to support the Sales Team. They are leaders in their field, with core principles of putting customers’ needs first which has helped them to grow into one of the UK’s largest suppliers in their market.
The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, organised, efficient and will have excellent customer service experience. This is an office-based Customer Service Advisor role.

- Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:15am-5:30pm / Friday 9:15am-4pm

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a strong supportive role to our Sales team by processing orders, being first point of call for incoming calls, dealing with enquiries, answering emails & maintaining our excellent customer service reputation.
- Contributing towards up selling and promoting the company’s full range.
- Maintain the information on our database, add relevant communication notes to assist with logistics and sales.
- Contribute towards lead generation and business development, including making appointments/calls for the sales team & communicating with decision makers.
- Researching the development of new-build opportunities in the industry.
- Following-up on any leads by telephone and email.
What the employer is looking for:
- Previous customer service/admin experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is key for this role.
- Analytical, numerically astute, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- IT literacy is a must - experience in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
- Familiar working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
