Our client is looking for a commercially minded and experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Account Manager to join their growing team and lead digital marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of ambitious clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Delivery
- Develop and deliver data-driven digital strategies aligned to client goals
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, SEO and content
- Optimise performance to improve lead generation, conversion and ROI
- Paid Media (PPC)
- Manage and scale campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Optimise targeting, budgets and performance through testing and insights
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of results
- SEO, Content & Emerging Search
- Support SEO strategy including keyword and competitor research
- Contribute to content plans aligned with search and conversion goals
- Optimise content for evolving and AI-driven search behaviours
- Client Management
- Act as key contact for client accounts, building strong relationships
- Present insights, recommendations and growth opportunities
- Identify ways to improve performance and expand accounts
- Campaign & Project Management
- Lead campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams across design, content and development
- Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Analyse cross-channel performance and key metrics
- Deliver clear, insight-led reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor and improve KPIs including CPA, conversion rates and ROAS
What The Employer Is Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- High level of understanding and use of Google Ads platform, LinkedIn Business Manager, Meta Business Suite
- Strong understanding of digital strategy across paid and organic media, SEO and content
- Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing environments
