Our client in Elstree, a very successful, dynamic, and rapidly growing business, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support the Commercial Sales Director. They are leaders in their field, with core principles of putting customers’ needs first which has helped them to grow into one of the UK’s largest suppliers in their market.
The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, organised, efficient and will have excellent customer service experience. This is an office-based Customer Service Advisor role.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a strong supportive role to the Commercial Sales Director by processing orders, being first point of call for incoming calls, dealing with enquiries, answering emails & maintaining their excellent customer service reputation
- Promoting the company’s full range to existing and prospective clients
- Maintain information on their database, adding relevant communication notes to assist with logistics and sales
- Set up appointments for the Commercial Sales Director
- Act as main contact for the external sustainability and compliance partner
- Researching new opportunities and working with the Commercial Sales Director on their submission
- Working from existing databases to strategically research and target potential new business
