Responsibilities
- Leading HR Operations, overseeing the full end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention, performance, learning and development and offboarding)
- Talent and Culture – Build an employer brand that attracts and retains key talent, champion our values and enhance our colleague proposition and experience.
- Systems and Compliance – Oversee the HR information system (driving automation), payroll and benefits whilst ensuring legal and regulatory compliance at a corporate level.
- Data-driven decision making – Leveraging analytics to inform workforce planning, engagement strategies, business reporting, and optimise operational process efficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement – Lead HR initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency and cultural transformation.
Qualifications
- An experienced leader with a track record in managing HR Operations (in a senior role).
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) qualification
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing teams and influencing decision-making at a senior level.
- Strong commercial acumen with strong expertise in HR systems, data analytics, payroll and compliance
- A natural problem solver, influencer and change agent, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in the legal or insurance sector is highly desirable.
