Job Title: Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: UK & Ireland (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

About Us:

We are a well-established and internationally recognized business specializing in the distribution of pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and raw materials. With a strong presence across global markets, we are now looking to expand our footprint in the UK & Ireland and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in this region.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the UK & Ireland pharmaceutical market. This is a standalone role that offers the flexibility of hybrid/remote working, requiring a self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong background in pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, or raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive business growth in the UK & Ireland.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
  • Engage with customers to provide technical support, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships.
  • Work independently to manage sales pipelines, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with international teams to align with global business objectives.
  • Travel within the UK & Ireland to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry Experience: A background in pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, or raw materials is preferred.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and provide technical support to clients.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: As a standalone role, the ideal candidate must be proactive, driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with international teams and align with company-wide goals.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Comfortable traveling within the UK & Ireland for client meetings and industry events.
