OverviewWe’re on the look out for an ambitious and talented multidisciplinary senior designer to join our in-house creative studio known as Humble Mavericks, working across our entire Client portfolio from concept stage through to design and production.
We’ve invested heavily into our creative capability over the last few years, building a full-service design studio and setting up a number of creative teams in London and Singapore.
ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Designer, you’ll join Graylings’ in-house creative studio known as Humble Mavericks, working across our entire Client portfolio from concept stage through to design and production. We’re looking for a Senior Designer to work into the Head of Studio who has an excellent understanding of all graphic design principles and has a proven history of showcasing innovative and compelling work.
What you will be skilled in- Motion design - Creating clear, accurate Storyboards and bringing them to life.
- Video Editing - Creating videos using Adobe PremierPro incorporating titles, music and voice overs.
- Web design - Designing and prototyping, beautiful yet functional websites in figma.
- Artificial Intelligence tools/Platforms - Using Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion and Chat GTP.
- Adobe Photoshop - Image editing, photo manipulation, colour grading, mockup Creation.
- Adobe Illustrator - Brand and logo design, Infographics and icons, Vector illustrations, AI techniques.
- Adobe InDesign - Printing documents/reporting layout design/print production and preparing files for print.
- Microsoft Powerpoint –Creating templates and Pitch presentations from scratch.
- A high level understanding of all aspects of design and how best to use it to communicate our clients ambition.
- Excellent motion, video editing and web design skills.
- Great understanding of Design craft working in the digital space with Social and Website design as well as in the more traditional areas with printed material and OOH campaigns.
- Significant experience in brand design.
- The ability to work on multiple projects (including pitch work) in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to storyboard.
- Possess a great story telling ability, to sell the creative work to internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and precision.
