We are recruiting for a PR Account Manager to join our Consumer team who work with great brands across beauty, retail, travel, consumer tech, food and drinks. This particular role will entail working across one of the agency's biggest and longest-standing accounts within the food and FMCG space.
We are therefore ideally looking for someone with experience across fast-paced press offices, a team player with a passion for popular culture and a great eye for news, a creative brain who enjoys a busy and varied role and someone knowledgeable of and connected with a wide spectrum of media.
What you’ll be doing…
- Driving campaigns forward and coordinating activity across your core accounts.
- Effectively managing a range of coverage generating techniques.
- Applying your knowledge of the news & social agenda to client campaigns and using it to generate opportunities.
- Maximising your extensive contacts list to seek out opportunities, sell-in and land top tier coverage.
- Managing influencers and talent from negotiations to contracts to content.
- Using your creative writing skills to draft stand-out copy that will resonate with media, influencers and owned social channels.
- Juggling multiple client and team needs.
- Getting out and about across the country to festivals and events.
- Being part of huge food launches, calendar moments, and trust/fame driving activity.
