Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Expense/Purchase Ledger Clerk located in Bedford.
The Expense/Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for managing company wide expenses & purchase ledgers for Key accounts.
Qualifications
- Purchase Ledgers Invoice processing & statement reconciliations
- Expense processing, ensuring VAT and coding is correct & payment runs
- Knowledge of financial accounting processes and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in accounting software Coins (preferred) and Microsoft Excel
