Help NHS trusts unlock the value in their data — from day one. Red Circle ⭕️ is a healthcare analytics scale-up building the Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics (PPA) Platform for NHS trusts. We turn messy hospital data into the kind of insight that changes how care is delivered. Our client list is growing fast and we need someone to help us onboard them well.

Role Description

You'll own the front line of getting trust data into our platform — ingestion, validation, quality assurance, and the hands-on work of making sure what trusts see in the dashboard actually reflects their world. You'll work directly with finance and informatics teams in NHS trusts, troubleshoot data quirks, and feed lessons back into the platform so the next onboarding is easier than the last. This is a growth role. Onboarding is the immediate pain we need solved, but the infrastructure we're building will reduce that work over the coming months — and you'll grow into the broader analyst side of the business as it does.

What you'll do:

  • Lead data onboarding for new NHS trust clients — extraction, transformation, validation
  • Work with trust costing, finance and informatics teams to resolve data quality issues
  • Run QA on outputs before they reach clinical and finance users
  • Spot patterns across clients and feed them back into platform improvements
  • Build documentation and runbooks so the next onboarding is faster than the last

Who we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years post-graduation in a data, analytics, finance or healthcare role
  • Strong SQL (or eager to become strong, quickly)
  • Comfortable with messy real-world data and the detective work it demands
  • Clear communicator — you can explain a data issue to a clinician or a CFO
  • NHS, PLICS, healthcare or financial data exposure is a bonus, not a must
  • Bright, curious, mouldable — you want to grow with a young company, not slot into a job description

What you get:

  • Competitive salary (negotiable, dependent on experience)
  • Contractual bonus scheme — 25% floor, scaling above 50% for strong company performance
  • 6% employer pension
  • Genuine startup upside as we scale
  • Remote-first with regular in-person time
  • A seat at the table from day one
