The role leads day‑to‑day manufacturing, drives safety, quality, delivery and efficiency targets, and coaches the shop floor team to perform at the highest standards.
You will plan daily and weekly production, manage labour and resources, work with Engineering, Quality, Planning and Supply Chain to resolve issues, and champion continuous improvement across processes.
