We are seeking a highly skilled HR – Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain the best talent to meet our organization’s needs. Key Responsibilities: * End-to-End Recruitment Cycle: Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience. * Strategic Recruitment Planning: Proactively develop and execute recruitment strategies in alignment with the organization's hiring plan. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand resource requirements and create effective recruitment plans. * Talent Sourcing & Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of contacts to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates. * Job Advertisements: Create and manage job advertisements to attract high-quality applicants through relevant media channels. * Recruitment Events: Coordinate and participate in recruitment drives and job fairs, both locally and internationally, as needed. * Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to the team and hiring managers. * Cost-Effectiveness: Ensure recruitment processes are cost-efficient while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Experience and Qualifications Required: 8+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment management. Multi-Cultural Environment: Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment. Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal) and strong communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms. UAE Employment Laws: Knowledge of UAE employment laws and best practices. Organizational Skills: Well-organized with strong attention to detail. Time Management: Reliable, conscientious, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Results Driven: Quality and results-oriented approach to recruitment. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
