Telesales – Fuel Cards & Bulk Fuel Solutions

Circa £12.71hr - £13.50hr Basic + Uncapped Commission
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm | Office-based
We’re working with a growing fuel solutions business looking to recruit Telesales Executives for its Sheffield and Halifax offices.
Previous fuel industry experience isn’t essential. If you have strong sales or telesales experience, enjoy winning new business and are confident picking up the phone, we’d like to hear from you.
The company supplies fuel cards, bulk fuel and associated services to businesses across the UK, including transport, logistics, construction, plant hire and commercial fleet customers.
The Role
- Winning new business through outbound calls, prospecting and relationship building
- Selling fuel cards, bulk fuel solutions and associated services
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing
- Building relationships with business owners, fleet managers and procurement teams
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Working towards sales targets and maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year strong sales, telesales or business development experience, ideally within B2B
- Confident telephone communication, objection handling and closing skills
- A motivated, target-focused approach
- The ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- Confidence working in a busy outbound sales environment
Experience in fuel cards, bulk fuel or fleet services would be an advantage, but is not essential.
