We are currently hiring a Radiology Technician for our client's new state of the art hospital in the beautiful Caribbean. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with international standards (JCI, radiation safety guidelines), ensuring high-quality imaging, patient safety, and a positive patient experience. The role supports clinical decision-making through accurate imaging while maintaining strict compliance with radiation protection and clinical governance requirements.
Responsibilities- Perform X-rays, CT, MRI, and C-arm procedures as per established protocols
- Ensure correct patient identification, positioning, and image acquisition
- Select appropriate technical parameters to achieve optimal image quality
- Maintain accurate documentation and image labeling
- Provide safe, patient-centered care ensuring comfort, dignity, and privacy
- Assess patients prior to procedures (allergies, contraindications, pregnancy status)
- Administer contrast under radiologist supervision
- Education: BSc / Diploma in Radiography
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in diagnostic imaging
- Licensure: Valid professional license (Cayman Islands or eligible)
