We are currently hiring a Dietician in our clients new state of the art hospital in the beautiful Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier dietary care while enjoying the tropical paradise lifestyle. Earning a tax-free salary along with an attractive relocation packageResponsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments on patients within 3 days of admission when a positive nutrition trigger is indicated on the initial nursing intake assessment; Implement nutrition plan for patients following an assessment; Evaluates the nutrition care plan within 48 hours.Provide nutrition counseling to patients in OPD; this includes nutrition assessment, planning, monitoring andevaluation.Order relevant nutrition supplies (such as food models) and work with Pharmacy to ensure appropriate nutritionsupplements are stocked.Consult with the Kitchen to ensure patient meals are nutritionally adequate; provides support and education todietary services (kitchen) staff.RequirementsUndergraduate degree in nutrition with accredited internship and/or accredited Master’s Degree in Nutrition or Health Sciences with 3 years’ experience working as a dietitian; previous work experience in a hospital setting and/or primary care facility preferred.Minimum 3 or more years of experience in relevant field.Fluent English communication (oral and written) required.
