We are currently hiring a Nurse Educator in our client's new state-of-the-art hospital in the Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to work while enjoying the tropical paradise lifestyle, earning a tax-free salary along with an attractive relocation package.
Responsibilities
- Conduct baseline assessments and identify training gaps
- Deliver clinical skills training, simulations, and evaluations
- Facilitate communication and documentation workshops
- Lead grooming and professionalism sessions
- Implement structured CEU programs and internal training calendars
- Design career development plans and mentor high-potential staff
- Maintain training records and develop SOPs
Requirements
- BSc Nursing (required), MSc (preferred)
- RN license, 5–7 years clinical experience, 2+ in education
