We are currently hiring an Outpatient Nurse for our client's new state of the art hospital in the beautiful Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier emergency room medical care while enjoying the tropical paradise lifestyle. Earning a tax-free salary along with an attractive relocation package.

You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care while ensuring smooth clinical and operational workflow. This role integrates clinical nursing care, detailed coordination, documentation, insurance processing, and strict adherence to quality, safety, and accreditation standards (JCI).

Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient assessment, triage, and record vitals at check-in
  • Administer medications, injections, dressings, nebulisations
  • Assist in emergency/STAT cases and stabilize patients
  • Prepare procedure room at start and end of shift
  • Assist doctors in procedures and dressings
  • Maintain Injection & Dressing tracker
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation for all patients
  • Scan and upload patient records, consents, and reports
Requirements:
  • GNM / B.Sc / BSN in nursing and minimum 4 or more years’ of experience in relevant field.
  • Must be registered in the UK, U.S, S.A, N.Z, Australia, Canada or Jamaica
  • Must be computer proficient and have strong understanding of JCI Process and protocols
  • Good English spoken & written, Spanish language advantageous/desirable, but not essential.
