We are seeking dedicated and experienced Consultant Paediatrician from the United Kingdom to join our client’s private hospital on a beautiful Caribbean island. The ideal candidate will provide expert Paediatric to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment, upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist paediatric care for acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Supervise junior doctors and nursing staff
  • Collaborate with allied health teams and external partners
  • Provide family-centred education and support
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
  • Participate in on-call rota and emergency paediatric care

Requirements

  • Full GMC registration required
  • Minimum 5 years of consultant-level experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to child safeguarding and family-focused care
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
