The Role
This is a hands-on creative role for an experienced designer with a passion for retail environments, shopper marketing and packaging design. Working closely with our Creative Directors, Account Managers and clients, you'll take projects from initial concept through to final production, creating impactful retail displays, packaging solutions and point-of-sale materials that stand out in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for retail displays, packaging and POS campaigns
- Design bespoke retail displays including FSDUs, CDU's, fixtures and promotional materials
- Create presentation visuals, mock-ups and production-ready artwork
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking across multiple entertainment and consumer brands
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in retail POS, packaging or shopper marketing design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating retail display, packaging and brand activation work
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
- Knowledge of retail production processes, materials and print specifications
- Experience creating artwork for manufacture and production
- Some 3D visualisation or modelling experience would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
