We are an independent creative agency based in Corston near Bath, working with the leading global entertainment brands in the world. Our team is passionate about pushing creative boundaries, and we\’re looking for a skilled individual to join us in driving innovation.
The Role in brief
We are seeking a full-time, highly creative and experienced senior 3D motion designer to lead projects from concept to completion. In this role, you\’ll craft dynamic animations, engaging visual content, and cutting-edge motion graphics that elevate our clients\’ brands across the entertainment industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects while pushing the boundaries of 3D motion design.
We offer flexible hybrid working with three office-based days per week and a competitive salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects.
- Develop compelling visuals that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Conceptualise, design, and execute high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations for a variety of platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools to maintain a cutting-edge skill set.
- You will need to work well in a team, be calm and flexible under tight deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in 3D motion design or animation.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D (Preferred) and Blender.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop.
- A strong portfolio showcasing 3D motion design, visual storytelling, and animation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in AR/VR and interactive media is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
