Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy staff workload plans with daily briefings and checkbacks to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Manage a team of up to 10 across varying shift times, continually evaluating daily workload.
  • Oversee training and recruitment to ensure consistency and develop staff from new recruit to fully fledged sales staff.
  • Lead the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service to over 500 customers on busy weekends.
  • Lead and organise goods‑in process, allocating and dispatching orders.
  • Problem solve across the site, handling payment machines, phone system, Wi‑Fi, general maintenance and call‑outs.
  • Hit sales targets and advise team of product/process changes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong communicator, proactive individual with high attention to detail.
  • Competent at Microsoft Office, e‑mail and IT savvy.
  • Ability to create documents and presentations to a high standard.
  • Experience selling & leading retail sales teams.
  • Desire to work in a fast‑paced dynamic business.
  • Ability to set & review KPIs and bonus incentives for the sales team.
  • Ambitious, committed, reward driven.
  • Energetic and strong when dealing with customers.
