Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy staff workload plans with daily briefings and checkbacks to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Manage a team of up to 10 across varying shift times, continually evaluating daily workload.
- Oversee training and recruitment to ensure consistency and develop staff from new recruit to fully fledged sales staff.
- Lead the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service to over 500 customers on busy weekends.
- Lead and organise goods‑in process, allocating and dispatching orders.
- Problem solve across the site, handling payment machines, phone system, Wi‑Fi, general maintenance and call‑outs.
- Hit sales targets and advise team of product/process changes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong communicator, proactive individual with high attention to detail.
- Competent at Microsoft Office, e‑mail and IT savvy.
- Ability to create documents and presentations to a high standard.
- Experience selling & leading retail sales teams.
- Desire to work in a fast‑paced dynamic business.
- Ability to set & review KPIs and bonus incentives for the sales team.
