What You Will Be Doing as Operations Coordinator at Red Carpet Ready
The Operations Coordinator role involves staff management, workload planning, delegation and ensuring all deadline requirements are met across several departments. The role covers different shift patterns across our retail function, working hours 08:30–22:00, and is based at our Shopping Venue & HQ in Branston, Lincoln.

- Operations
- Create workload plans and ensure deadlines are met.
- Deliver both personal and team deadlines with a focus on detail.
- Manage logistics and transport for the photoshoot team.
- Staff Management
- Assist with recruitment and training coordination.
- Create monthly rotas and handle staff holiday requests.
- Deploy staff workload plans and complete checkbacks.
- IT / Documentation
- Produce training manuals, user guides and project plans.
- Maintain consistency across the team and manage deadlines.
- Conduct project management and business development research.
Qualifications
